Introduction: Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is a prevalent endocrinopathy typically identified through biochemical testing. PHPT is characterized by hypercalcemia accompanied by increased or inappropriately normal plasma parathyroid hormone (PTH) concentrations.
